Vivek Sawhney

Vivek Sawhney is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the organization's information technology and security strategy and vision. Sawhney has a long history of working to align information technology solutions with enterprise needs in both the not-for-profit and corporate worlds, having served as chief information officer for the Young Adult Institute (YAI) and as SVP/CIO of IntraLinks, a successful startup based in New York City. He has additional experience in the banking and healthcare industries. Sawhney received an MBA in finance and investments from Baruch College, CUNY, and a BA in sociology from Delhi University. He is based in NRDC's New York office.
