Christina Theodoridi
Policy Director, Industry, Climate & Energy
Christina Theodoridi manages NRDC’s industrial policy team, focusing on federal and state policies to decarbonize the U.S. cement, steel, and aluminum industries. Her prior work focused on federal and state legislative and regulatory advocacy to phase down climate super-polluting chemicals (HFCs). Since joining NRDC, she has represented the organization at the Montreal Protocol, where she also served on a global task force of experts investigating a potential breach of the treaty's requirements. Theodoridi holds a master’s in chemical engineering from her home country of Greece and a master of public administration in environmental science and policy from Columbia University. She is based in Washington, D.C.
