Alfonso Pating (he/him)

Alfonso Pating has 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on retail banking and financial technologies. Previously, he was a director at Banco Santander working on their Asia expansion strategy. He has deep international experience developing and executing strategies to optimize business growth for banks and technology companies in China and abroad. More recently, he started his own financial technology company focusing on social impact and helped develop the first donation platform for non-profits based on blockchain technology. He holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. Pating is based in NRDC's Santa Monica office.
